  • Flexible cancellation:

    We make renting hassle-free and offer flexible cancellations for all bookings.

    Stay under 28 nights:

    - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

    - 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

    - No refunds for cancellations made in 7 days before check-in.

    Stay 28 nights or longer:

    - Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in.

    - After that, the deposit is non-refundable.

    - If cancel or shorten the booking after check in, 3 weeks notice is required (only applies on 2 months stay or longer)

    House Rules:

    1. No smoking.

    There is a strict no smoking policy (including on balconies or terraces). Breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorise the property.

    2. Strict no parties policy.

    No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules

    3. No pets are allowed.

    4. Children.

    We welcome children of all ages to our property. Please take into consideration steps and balconies in the safety of your children before booking. Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers and supervision is the responsibility of the parents and/or guardians. Supervision of children around stairs, balconies, roads, driveways and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of accompanying parents/guardians and Furnished Properties accepts no responsibility.

    5. Please minimise noise between 10PM to 7 AM.

    No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 7 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. The majority of our neighbours live here full time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call out fees due to complaints.

    6. Use of BBQ facilities may incur additional fee if extra deep cleaning is required. Please clean up after use.

    7. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.

    8 . We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.

    9. Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. This fee not only covers the additional resources required to accommodate late departures but also helps us maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all guests. You will be liable for any associated costs and additional fees incurred from damages, relating to our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for any part of the time you overstayed. Your cooperation ensures smooth operations and allows us to maintain our high standards of service. Thank you for understanding.

    Our team will do our best to accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out requests based on availability. Please make a request when booking.

    For stays that are 3 weeks or longer, an extra set of linen is provided free of charge.

    WFH rental service:

    We bring the office to you. New and exclusive to our valued guests, you can now enjoy the convenience and comfort of a Work From Home set up during your stay. High quality equipment including desk, chair, desktop monitor, keyboard and mouse is now available for hire. Our WFH rental includes delivery and assembling in the comfort of your home. Simply plug in your laptop. Please enquire directly for availability.
